How We Use Information

We use collected information to review submissions, publish approved listings, maintain the directory, communicate with submitters, and improve platform quality.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with trusted service providers used to operate EstateStartups, such as hosting, database, image delivery, and email tools.

Cookies and Analytics

EstateStartups does not set tracking or advertising cookies. We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or browser storage and does not track you across websites. It gives us aggregate statistics such as page views, referring sites, and visitor countries.

Startup pages may embed third-party videos, and paying a submission fee takes you to Stripe. Those services may set their own cookies under their own policies.

Payments

Submission fees are processed by Stripe. When you pay, you enter your payment details on a page hosted by Stripe, and Stripe handles them under its own privacy policy. We share your contact email with Stripe to create the payment. We do not receive or store your card number. We keep a payment reference, the payment status, and the payment date with your submission so we can confirm payments and issue refunds.

Data Retention

We retain information as long as needed for business and legal purposes, including maintaining directory records and handling operational requests.

Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable law and legitimate business requirements.
