Brickwise

About

Brickwise is an AI-powered property manager built for landlords and estate agents, automating tenant communications, service maintenance and contractor follow-ups across SMS, WhatsApp, phone and email. Managing properties is a highly demanding, around-the-clock job. Property managers and landlords are constantly bogged down by late-night tenant calls, emergency maintenance requests, chasing down late rent payments, and juggling compliance documents. The workload is highly manual and scattered across phone calls, emails, and spreadsheets, leaving property managers overwhelmed and with very little time to focus on actually growing their real estate portfolios. Brickwise AI solves this by deploying "Alice," a virtual AI property manager that never sleeps. Alice can instantly answer tenant calls, texts, emails, and WhatsApp messages 24/7. When a tenant reports a problem like a broken window or heating issue, Alice diagnoses the severity, cross-references local regulations, automatically contacts approved contractors for quotes, books the repair, and follows up—all completely hands-free. Additionally, the platform automates rent collection, chases late payments, and tracks important compliance document expirations. By completely automating tenant communications and maintenance workflows, Brickwise AI saves property managers massive amounts of time and stress. It ensures no tenant request or emergency ever goes unanswered, resolving queries instantly and significantly boosting tenant satisfaction. Ultimately, it allows property owners to put their day-to-day operations on autopilot so they can focus on scaling their business.
