Vores Ejendom is a Danish PropTech platform developed by Kim Tetzlaff ApS for housing associations, residential communities, property boards, caretakers, operational teams and residents. The platform brings maintenance requests, case management, documents, recurring tasks, shared facility bookings, events, work groups and resident communication together in one digital workspace. Residents can report issues with descriptions and photos and follow the progress of their cases. Boards, caretakers, technical teams and volunteer groups can assign responsibility, coordinate work, add internal notes and retain a complete history of each issue. Vores Ejendom also helps housing communities manage recurring operational tasks, important documents, shared resources and practical knowledge that would otherwise be scattered across emails, social media, spreadsheets and individual board members. The platform is built from practical experience with housing association management, resident communication and community based property operations. It is designed for owner associations, housing cooperatives, social housing departments, AlmenBolig+ communities and other residential properties. By creating a shared structure for communication and operations, Vores Ejendom improves transparency, continuity and response times while making everyday property management easier for both volunteers and professional staff.
